Write a 3 -4 page paper (double spaced) covering the prompts below.
Please be sure to cite your sources and add a reference page at the end (not included in the 3 pages).
Describe the impact of discrimination and oppression on marginalized groups within communities
Use recent social work literature – you can choose any group or community to write about.
Remember community doesn’t have to be a geographic community but could be an identification community.

Describe the benefits of inclusion in communities.
Describe how inclusive environments impacts individuals and communities.
Based on the Community tool kit readings, identify and discuss 3 strategies for increasing inclusion in the community.
Describe the role of macro social workers and how they can advocate for inclusion and populations at risk.
